To establish a fair trade culture, KUMOH complies with fair trade through fair selection of partner companies, conclusion of desirable contracts, issuance and preservation of documents, and operation of the subcontract transaction internal review committee.

Agreement on fair trade and shared growth

KUMOH signs a fair trade and win-win growth agreement with subcontractors once a year for the purpose of compliance with fair trade laws and win-win cooperation. In addition, the implementation of the agreement is verified through the evaluation of the implementation of the agreement by the Fair Trade Mediation Agency.

Pledge of Compliance

In order to preemptively block acts such as bribery and solicitation that may occur in transactions between KUMOH and suppliers, we sign a compliance pledge with our suppliers once a year to take the lead in eradicating anti-corruption and complying with laws.
